The 5th International Coaching And Mentoring Foundation Awards (ICMAA) were recently held at the Sango Conference Centre (Cresta Msasa, Harare) and it was a highly lit event that saw the awarding of coaches and mentors in different categories and the certification of new coaches. A big congratulations to all those who walked away with the prizes, all the nominees and the newly certified coach, indeed everybody needs a life coach. The prizes included the certificates and a shield. The awards were graced by two guest speakers, Dr Chanakira and Dr Phil Chitagu (IPMZ). Dr Nigel Chanakira elaborated that a leader should seek to invest in mentoring someone or others.
International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation is a global coaching and mentoring institution that exist to certify, develop, and recognize outstanding Coaching and Mentoring Development.
