Clemence Mutembo has done something spectacular and extraordinary by writing a whooping 100 books almost simultaneously. His achievement is a great feat and his name deserves to be etched in the Guinness World book of records. What he has done is an unprecedented. It may not be farfetched to say he has set a new world record in literary circles.
Writing 100 books at once has automatically given him celebrity status and ushered him on a very high pedestal in the world of literature. Of course, we have prolific, great, known, and renowned writers throughout the world but writing 100 books almost at once is something else and mind-blowing! Love him or hate him, but one thing is certain, he has done something which a lot of people have not done and may never do to their fated end. Therefore, the best we can do is to swallow our pride, embrace him, and give him a warm pat on the back, which he deserves. As Sam Ewin once said:
Nothing is so embarrassing as watching someone do something you said was impossible.
Clemence’s great feat is not only extraordinary but it will also trigger off other writers to work even harder and try to emulate him. What he has done is actually a great milestone in the world of literature.
I am not in any way trying to glorify Clemence but in all fairness, he deserves an unqualified and special kudos for a job well done. God’s clemency and favor is certainly upon Clemence. We have actually seen the clemency of God on Clemence!
Even without reviewing the contents of his books, he deserves an unqualified and special kudos because writing 100 books almost at the same time is a long stretch by any standards. While other people are still on the seashore planning to become writers, Clemence has already walked on water!
Just how does one write 100 books, you may ask? Well, only Clemence can solve that jig-saw puzzle in the whole wide world.
If ever there was a rising star in literary works, it is Clemence. If ever there was a superstar in marketing circles, it is Clemence. He is persistent and persuasive. In addition to all that, he exudes charm and optimism. He has become a darling of the people of Zimbabwe and beyond because of his charisma in his area of expertise, which is marketing and all that go with it.
Even before reviewing the contents of his books, I can safely say this is a gigantic step in the right direction because 100 books is a long stretch by any standards. Just who can beat that!
At only 40 years, Clemence is still a young man but he has already done the impossible.
But then, who is Clemence Mutembo? He is a sagacious entrepreneur, versatile marketer, and inspiring motivational speaker, all rolled into one person. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Zimbabwe’s foremost business platform, the Harare Business Forum which was formed in 2016. He is a dynamic and top-flight Business Speaker, Trainer, Presenter, Facilitator, Consultant, and coach. Because of the relevance of his messages, he is frequently invited to speak at various events, organizations, and companies. He speaks on Customer Service, Sales, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. He is frequently hosted by international and local media such as the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), South African Broadcasting Corporation ( SABC) and the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) to speak about Business and Economic issues.
He is a voracious reader who likes reading about Business, Strategic Management, Marketing, Economics and Accounting.
Although he is a Marketer, he is no longer marketable as he is already married to Melody with whom he has been graced with a son, Raymond Nashe Mutembo.
He is an assertive middle aged man who has already discovered his dream in life and he is busy pursuing that dream. His dream is to touch lives through inspirational, motivational and business literature, and the dream is being actualised.
But why did Clemence think of writing 100 books?
I wanted to have a competitive advantage against my rivals. You need to have something, an attribute that sets you apart from those participating in the same market.
In spite of having written so many books, he intends to continue writing motivational books to keep his writing skill alive.
Clemence was born 40 years ago in Zimbabwe and lives in the cosmopolitan town of Harare. He started school at Mvuma Primary school and later went to Leopold Takawira Secondary School. He then enrolled at Zimbabwe Open University where he studied for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
